DramaOL Terms of Service
It is essential to read these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms" or "these Terms") prior to utilizing services offered by DramaOL, and it is essential to adhere to them during your use of the services. Please read the Terms carefully, and pay particular attention to sections concerning indemnification and limitation of liability. Should you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use DramaOL' services. Your access to DramaOL' services constitutes your acknowledgment of having read these Terms, and your use of the services constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you are under 18 years of age or lack full civil capacity, you should review these Terms with your legal guardian(s), and you should pay special attention to provisions applicable to users under 18. Failure to do so relieves DramaOL of any responsibility for adverse consequences arising from your subsequent registration or use of our services, and DramaOL reserves the right to terminate your access to the services.
Clause 1. Scope of the Terms
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and the operator of DramaOL (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"), and the use of any service or product provided by DramaOL by any user is governed by these Terms. 2.2 DramaOL advises you to maintain the confidentiality of your account and password credentials, and you should log out at the conclusion of each session. You are solely responsible for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from inadequate security measures on your part.
2.3 DramaOL shall not be liable for any account security breach, and it shall not be liable for unauthorized disclosure of private information not caused by DramaOL' fault, nor shall it be liable for any losses resulting from or connected to such events.
Clause 3. How DramaOL Protects Your Information
3.1 Protecting the personal information of DramaOL users is a fundamental principle for us.
3.2 When you use alternative login methods to access our services, DramaOL will employ all reasonably available security technologies to protect your personal information, and it will establish a comprehensive management system designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
3.3 You may review the information you have provided at any time, and you may update it at any time.
3.4 DramaOL will not disclose your personal information to any company, organization, or individual outside of DramaOL without your consent, except as mandated by laws and regulations.
3.6 DramaOL is dedicated to safeguarding the personal information of minors, and if a parent or guardian deems it appropriate for their underage child (particularly those under 10) to use DramaOL' services, they may create an account for the child. This account must be registered under the parent or guardian's name, and the parent or guardian shall determine the suitability of our services for the minor. DramaOL warrants that we will not publicly disclose users' registration details, and we will not provide to any third party any non-public content, data, and information stored on DramaOL' systems, except under the following circumstances:
(1) You grant DramaOL prior authorization to disclose your information;
(2) Disclosure is required by applicable laws and regulations;
(3) Disclosure is ordered by governmental or judicial authorities;
(4) Disclosure is necessary for public interest purposes;
(5) Disclosure is necessary to protect the legitimate rights and interests of DramaOL.
Clause 4. Your Commitments to DramaOL
4.1 Permitted Uses of DramaOL.

4.2 Any breach of the above commitments is considered a material violation of these Terms. Upon such violation, DramaOL may suspend or terminate your access to our services, and it may retain any fees paid as liquidated damages, and it may pursue legal remedies if DramaOL' losses exceed the amount withheld.
Clause 5. Service Provision "As Is" and "As Available"
You acknowledge that our services are provided to you based on existing technological conditions, and you agree that they are provided based on existing operational conditions. While DramaOL will make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure service continuity, we cannot foresee or prevent all legal, technical, and other risks at all times. These include, but are not limited to, force majeure events, viruses, Trojan horses, hacker attacks, system instability, service interruptions, data loss, and other damages potentially caused by third-party service deficiencies, government actions, etc.
Clause 6. Device Requirements for Access
6.1 You understand that you are responsible for procuring your own terminal equipment (e.g., computer, mobile device), and you agree that you are responsible for bearing associated costs (e.g., telephone charges, internet fees) required to use DramaOL' services.
6.2 You acknowledge that your use of these services will consume resources on your terminal device, and you acknowledge that it will consume network bandwidth.
Clause 7. Advertising
7.1 You agree that DramaOL may deliver advertisements ("ads") or promotional content to you directly, and you agree that it may do so through authorized third-party advertisers while providing services. DramaOL reserves the right to modify the delivery channels of such advertisements at its discretion, and it reserves the right to modify the scope of such advertisements without prior notice.
7.2 DramaOL fulfills its legal obligations to advertisers, and you are solely responsible for judging the authenticity of any advertisement. You are solely responsible for the consequences of your decisions based thereon, and unless required by law, DramaOL is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from ad content or transactions conducted based on such ads.
7.3 You agree to exercise judgment regarding the authenticity and reliability of advertisements presented by DramaOL, and you agree to exercise judgment regarding the reliability of advertisements presented by DramaOL. You bear responsibility for any transactions you enter into based on these advertisements, except as otherwise provided by law.

Clause 8. Subscription to Products and Services
8.1 You acknowledge that DramaOL has the right to offer services free of charge, and you acknowledge that it has the right to require payment. Fees collected are for Internet Value Added Services, and funds added to your DramaOL account are solely for services under these Terms. Consumed funds are non-refundable. If a user applies for a refund of unconsumed funds and is approved, the refund will be issued in legal tender via the original payment method, and it will be subject to a 10% refund processing fee. If a refund via the original method is not feasible, you may contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.
8.2 You acknowledge that DramaOL may modify its fee schedules at its discretion, and you acknowledge that it may modify its rules at its discretion. Updated standards and rules become effective upon publication, and they form an integral part of these Terms. DramaOL may change pricing for existing services, and it may introduce charges for previously free services. Notice will be provided before such changes take effect. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8.3 Certain DramaOL services are provided on a paid basis, and use of these services requires adherence to their specific terms. DramaOL will provide notice on relevant pages, and refusal to pay precludes access to those services.
8.4 DramaOL reserves the right to determine pricing standards for its services, and it reserves the right to determine pricing methods for its services, which may differ across services and service stages.
8.5 DramaOL may, as necessary, adjust pricing for fee-based services, and it may introduce charges for free services. Notice will be provided prior to changes. Disagreement with new terms permits you to cease using the services.
8.6 DramaOL provides a subscription-based viewing service with a one-month term from the date of payment for pay-per-view content, and DramaOL guarantees access only within this period. DramaOL is not liable for access issues after its expiration.
8.7 Top-up and Virtual Currency
8.7.1 Our products are purchased using virtual coins, and applicable coin types vary by product. You must use the correct virtual currency for each purchase.
8.7.2 You acknowledge that trading virtual coins with other users on DramaOL is prohibited. Any such activity violates these Terms, and DramaOL reserves the right to take action to prevent it without notice.
8.7.3 You agree that all top-up transactions are final, and you agree that they may not be altered once completed.
8.7.4 When adding funds, you must double-check the account details, and you must double-check the transaction details. DramaOL is not liable for losses due to user error, nor is it liable for losses due to incorrect account selection or misunderstanding of charging policies.
8.7.5 If using third-party payment services, you comply with their terms. You are responsible for securing your personal information, and you are responsible for securing your financial information. DramaOL is not responsible for disputes arising from third-party payment services.
8.7.6 If your account is frozen due to a Terms violation, you may not seek compensation from DramaOL, and if your account is terminated due to a Terms violation, you may not seek compensation from DramaOL.
8.7.7 In case of a platform failure causing a discrepancy between the amount you paid and the amount we received, we will rectify the issue provided relevant data is recoverable, and provided you supply valid evidence.
8.7.8 If we receive less than the amount you paid due to a platform failure, we will compensate the difference.
8.7.9 If we receive more than the amount you paid due to a platform failure, we reserve the right to reclaim the excess.
8.7.10 You acknowledge that subscriptions to any content on DramaOL are final, and you acknowledge that they are non-modifiable. Unless expressly approved by DramaOL, payments for subscriptions are non-refundable. This policy applies in cases of service suspension, and it applies in cases of service termination or removal of the purchased content from the platform.
Clause 9. Third-Party Products or Services
Your use of third-party products or services accessible via DramaOL is governed by both these Terms and the third party's own terms. DramaOL is solely responsible for its respective obligations, and third parties are solely responsible for theirs, as well as for any disputes arising therefrom as per applicable laws and agreements.
Clause 10. Software
10.1 Using our services may require downloading software, and DramaOL grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software solely for accessing or using our services.
10.2 To enhance user experience, service security, and product functionality, DramaOL may release software updates. You should install the latest version, for otherwise, proper operation is not guaranteed.
Clause 11. Intellectual Property Rights
11.1 Commercial logos used by DramaOL in its services are protected by copyright owned by DramaOL, or they are protected by trademark rights owned by DramaOL.
11.2 All intellectual property rights (including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets) in the information, materials, text, software, audio, images, videos, and graphics associated with DramaOL services belong to DramaOL or its licensors, and they are protected globally. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, license, transfer, sell, or create derivative works from this content without prior legal authorization from DramaOL, and you may not do so without prior legal authorization from the rights holder. Violation constitutes a material breach, permitting DramaOL to terminate your service access immediately, and requiring you to destroy any obtained materials. DramaOL may also pursue further legal remedies.
Clause 12. User Breach of Terms
12.1 You must comply with all applicable laws, and you may not use our services for unlawful activities, including but not limited to:
(1) Publishing, transmitting, disseminating, or storing content that endangers national security, unity, social stability, public order, or morals, or that is abusive, defamatory, pornographic, violent, or otherwise illegal;
(2) Content that infringes others' intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or other legal rights;
(3) Maliciously fabricating facts or concealing truth to mislead or deceive;
(4) Publishing, transmitting, or disseminating advertising information and spam;
(5) Other acts prohibited by law.
12.2 Violations may lead to lawsuits, fines, or other sanctions by authorities, and authorities may request DramaOL' assistance. You are liable for all resulting damages, and DramaOL bears no liability.
12.3 If DramaOL discovers or receives reports that your content violates this clause, it may, at its discretion, delete, block, or disconnect such content. DramaOL may also suspend/terminate services, restrict/freeze/terminate your account, and pursue legal action.
12.4 You are solely liable for damages to third parties caused by your violation, and you must compensate DramaOL for any losses it suffers as a result.
12.5 Violation is a material breach, and DramaOL may suspend/terminate your services, withhold fees as liquidated damages, and seek further legal recourse if losses exceed withheld amounts.
Clause 13. Compliance with Local Laws
13.1 You must comply with local laws and regulations, and you must respect local customs when using our services. You bear sole responsibility for any breach.
13.2 You must not involve DramaOL in political or public events via our services; otherwise, DramaOL may suspend your access, or it may terminate your access.
13.3 Violation is a material breach, and DramaOL may suspend/terminate your services, withhold fees as liquidated damages, and seek further legal recourse.
Clause 14. Third-Party Complaints
14.1 You are solely responsible for all content you send via our services, and you are solely responsible for all content you transmit via our services.
14.2 Your content must have a legal origin, and you must own it or have authorization from the rights holder.
14.3 You agree DramaOL may use your content to perform these Terms, and you agree it may use your content to provide services to you.
14.4 If DramaOL receives a notice from a rights holder claiming your content infringes their rights, DramaOL may, at its discretion, delete, block, or disconnect the content.
Clause 15. Force Majeure and Other Disclaimers
15.1 You acknowledge that using the service involves risks like force majeure, and you acknowledge that such risks may disrupt services. Force majeure includes unforeseeable, unavoidable events like natural disasters, wars, unrest, or government actions. DramaOL will endeavor to cooperate on repairs, but it is exempt from liability for resulting damages to the extent permitted by law.
15.2 To the extent permitted by law, DramaOL is not liable for service interruptions resulting from computer viruses, Trojan horses, malicious programs, or hacker attacks; nor is it liable for interruptions resulting from failures in your or DramaOL' software, systems, hardware, or communication lines; nor for improper user operation; nor for your unauthorized use of services; nor for other circumstances beyond DramaOL' reasonable control.
15.3 You acknowledge risks from network information, and you acknowledge risks from other users' actions. DramaOL is not responsible for the authenticity, applicability, or legality of any information, nor is it responsible for infringement damages. Risks include threatening, defamatory, objectionable, or illegal content from others; psychological, physical, or economic harm from misleading or deceitful actions of others related to service use; and other risks from network information or user behavior.
15.4 Our services are not designed for specific critical purposes (e.g., nuclear facilities, military, medical, transport), and DramaOL is not liable for personal injury, death, property, or environmental damage from system/service failure in such contexts.
15.5 DramaOL has the right, but not the obligation, to address violating content per these Terms, and we cannot guarantee timely detection or handling of all violations.
15.6 Never rely on unsolicited messages involving loans, password requests, or assets. Always verify identities, and always heed DramaOL' fraud prevention advice.
Clause 16. Effectiveness and Modification of Terms
16.1 Accessing DramaOL services constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms.
16.2 DramaOL reserves the right to amend these Terms as necessary, and the latest version is available on relevant service pages.
16.3 Continued use of DramaOL software or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, you must stop using our services.
Clause 17. Change, Interruption, and Termination of Services
17.1 DramaOL may change, interrupt, suspend, or terminate its services.
17.2 DramaOL reserves the right to interrupt your access without notice, and it reserves the right to terminate your access without notice if:
(1) You are legally required to provide accurate information but submit untrue or inconsistent details without reasonable explanation;
(2) You violate laws, regulations, or these Terms;
(3) Ordered by government or judicial authorities;
(4) For security or other necessary reasons.
Clause 18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
18.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Location, excluding conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes shall be resolved under these laws.
18.2 Disputes between you and DramaOL shall first be negotiated in good faith, and if negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent arbitration institution in Location for arbitration.

18.4 If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

19.1 If you are under 18, you are a minor, and you should read these Terms and use our services under guardian supervision.
19.2 Minors should be cautious online. They should understand the difference between online and real worlds to avoid addiction impacting daily life; they should endeavor to protect their personal information; they should use the internet properly under guardian guidance; and they should avoid unfamiliar or illegal online activities.
19.3 Guardians and schools should supervise minors using our services. We recommend parents guide their children to prevent online risks. If a parent/guardian deems it necessary for their underage child (especially under 10) to use DramaOL, they may register an account in their own name, and they may decide on the service's suitability for the minor.
